WHY FIREBRICKS ?
it has been 80 years that our ovens have been built by our expert artisans, using best quality italian firebricks. Our material choice does not only come from a strong bond with our own business and production heritage, but is also the result of meticulous scientific analysis. Our ovens are cyclically tested to verify heat absorption and distribution inside the chamber. While engineering our rotating cooking deck our aim was clear: giving our customers uniform and steady temperatures for the whole cooking process. Thanks to the firebrick thickness and quality we managed to eliminate one of the biggest flaws in rotating ovens’ technology. Our deck won’t need to rise or force you to wait between every batch, because it will be its very structure to guarantee you a steady and continuous baking.
The dome is entirely constructed in whole refractory bricks, furnace baked, with high alumina content and immersed in a refractory cement casting, resistant to temperatures up to 1200°C. The high alumina content permits longer heat retention: when the oven is turned off in the evening, it will still be warm the following day. The bricks also have enough resistance to prolong the life span of the oven up to double that of conventional ovens.
Surfaces consisting of refractory borders with 6cm depth to guarantee better heat containment and gradual heat release. The large baking surface always stays warm: the 6 cm refractory bricks absorb a sufficient amount of heat to cook pizzas continuously without the need for pauses between baking. A surface with this depth is also more resistant and prevents the borders from moving, which could create bothersome uneven levels after long term use.
Seven layers of insulation for high temperatures: ecological ceramic fiber, high density cellular concrete and expanded clay create double insulation in respect to that used in a traditional oven. Perfect insulation guarantees no waste: all of the heat produced by the oven stays in the cooking chamber. The sides of the oven will always remain cool.
The functional framework is constructed in iron and designed by shop fitters to facilitate covering installation, and also is useful for removing and moving the oven at any time. The oven can be easily and safely put into position. If necessary, the oven can be moved at any time without intervention by specialized technicians.

Coverings
Our standard oven is delivered with black iron sides without exterior decoration, letting the end client complement the oven with any type of material. The oven is already completely insulated, and coverings can be installed in direct contact with the iron oven sides without causing heat dispersion or damage.

Ten by Ten Tiles
These unique tiles were inspired by the ancient cobbly pavements and inherit their elegance thorough a natural finishing that exalt their classical look. Ceramics have five different colours, perfectly fitting any environment thanks to their brightness and ease in upkeeping.
Handcut Brick – Red
A completely handmade brick, still realized using the most modern techniques. Creative, vivid, unmistakable. A colour with a lot of personality, seal of tradition and art that molded castles, fortresses and churches. Tone that characterized entire cities, qualifying powerful volumes and daring shades.
Hand Cut Brick – Yellow
Lively, discreet, unusual. Its charming tones, “hot and natural”, allow to merge even bigger structures with the surrounding environment; exalting them without making them heavier and marking volumes in sharp lights.
Painted Bricks
Realized with real hand cut bricks that are afterwards painted by customer’s request to give your club a really strong character. Available in infinite variations they can be adapted to any existing furniture.
Glass mosaic
Glass composition featuring different colours and combinations. Unique chromatic effects making the oven a precious furniture.
Golden, copper or silver leaves
Applied directly by hand to the external surface: an ancient handmade technique that barely got modified through the years. It grants great impression and satisfaction. The perfect finishing for round models, ideal for anyone willing to embellish or giving an unique touch to its club.
Fantasia
Completely hand-painted finishing. The enameling is applied according to a customized drawing; inspired by cocoa leaves its colour combinations can be varied to fit any environment.

Wenge and stainless steel
Combining tropical wood to stainless steel grants a unique effect. In a perfect minimal style, our design model proposes to counter all the unnecessary corners and edges thereby reducing the oven to its linear essence.
