• Mixing, incorporating air and freezingthe liquid mix.Twin refrigeration compressors can be used individually or together. 20% reduction in applied nominal power for saving energy and water consumption. Extremely quick gelato freezing (with two compressors) or energy saving of over 40% (with one compressor).
