EM Automatic Bun Rounding Divider is the ideal tool to create consistency and reduce labour costs for operators. This divider works by simply placing a large portion of dough straight from your mixer directly on to a plate that is inserted into the unit.

• Within seconds the rounder will automatically cut, portion and round 11-52 dough balls (the quantity varies based on the weight of dough balls.)

• This tool can drastically reduce labour costs as only one person needs to operate the unit, it eliminates all weighing of dough, cutting and any manual procedures.

The EM Automatic Bun Rounding Divider uses a rounding system that perfectly and softly reproduces a hand movement. In the Divider, the pressing and cutting are servocontrolled by a hydraulic ram and automatic rounding in a single cycle. All machines are installed on wheels with antivibrating feet.
