The Estro is a fresh pasta machine ideal for restaurants, hotels, communities, canteens, bakeries, delicatessens and supermarkets; its pleasant line makes it perfect for counter use, under the eyes of customers.
By simply replacing the die, it allows you to create many different shapes of pasta of different sizes. By means of a special die it is also possible to produce pasta sheet for lasagna.
Simple and tested mechanics and an electronic control panel made according to the most modern technologies make use extremely simple and practical. In order to always keep the machine in optimal hygienic conditions, the mixing tank, the auger, the mixing arm and the body are made of AISI 304 stainless steel .; cleaning is also simplified by the absence of cracks where dough residues can stop. For the safety of the operator, every potentially dangerous component of the machine is equipped with protections in accordance with the law.
The standard equipment includes an electronically controlled knife to produce short pasta such as fusilli, gnocchetti and macaroni. The stainless steel trolley is available on request.
The machine can be easily combined with our ravioli machines.

By simply changing the die , Micra can make spaghetti, tagliatelle, maccheroni, fusilli and many other shapes. The optional electronic cutter makes even simpler the production of short cut pasta. Micra pasta maker can also produce sheets for lasagne with a special die.
Food graded materials and the safety devices allow a simple use and cleaning of Micra and - together with the strong and well tested mechanics - they are the best guarantee for a long life of the pasta machine.
